This module plays 22Khz 16bit Mono samples from an SD Card with manual and CV control of loop size, position, playback rate and amplitude. Samples can be accessed by skipping or randomising playback, manually or through a CV input. There is also an envelope follow CV output.

Mutable Instruments CLOUDS - Eurorack Module
Clouds is a granular audio processor – with a couple of twists. Unlike granular sample players, Clouds is focused on the realtime granularization of incoming audio signals, and the acquisition of textures from them. Clouds delay memory ranges from 1s to 8s depending on audio quality settings. Other surprises have been packed in Clouds, including alternative looping delay and pitch-shift/time-stretch modes… and a very strange spectral buffer freeze/glitch.

This module has twelve tracks for programming trigger sequences and/or CV sequences. Each sequence has an A & B variation (a sequence can be 32 steps long). It can alternate between sequences with an A/B switch and will alternate automatically between A & B in its middle position. There is an internal clock generator with clock output and an external clock input. Internal and external clock can be set to 16 or 96 pulses per bar - the 96 mode allows for seven different shuffle settings. There are inputs for skipping sequences, for start/stop and reset.
